Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Montage Esports collects, why, and the control you have over it.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, password (hashed by our auth provider), and display name.
Riot data (with your consent): your Riot ID, PUUID, rank history, and per-match statistics from ranked games (champion, role, K/D/A, CS, gold, damage, vision, result), retrieved from the Riot Games API after you link your account.
Profile content you add: bio, goals, availability, and highlight links.

How we use it

To build your dashboard: trends, week-over-week changes, and percentile context against players at the same rank and role. Linked players' aggregated per-role statistics also feed the anonymous reference distributions those percentiles are computed from. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

What's public

Your public profile card (at your unique link) shows your stats and profile content only if you linked your Riot account with consent and your profile is set to public. Toggle it private any time in Settings; the link then shows nothing.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, hosted in the US) and the app is served by Vercel. Match data originates from the Riot Games API under Riot's developer policies.

Retention and deletion

Unlinking your Riot account deletes your pulled match data, rank snapshots, percentile records, and your contribution to the reference distributions. Deleting your Montage account removes your profile and all associated data. Email support@montageesports.gg for deletion requests or data questions.

Cookies

We use only the session cookies required to keep you signed in — no tracking or advertising cookies.

We'll update this page when the policy changes and note the date at the top.
